Eleven stories above the city, with rain hammering the concrete and the skyline blurred by mist, a tiny ginger cat crouched alone on a narrow rooftop ledge — soaking wet, shivering, and out of options.

Bodycam footage timestamped 11:28:46 captures the entire 15-second rescue. The frightened cat, its orange fur completely drenched and matted, presses itself against the rooftop wall near the dangerous edge, looking up with wide, frightened eyes as the rescuer approaches.

Wearing a blue waterproof rescue jacket, black climbing gloves, an orange safety helmet, and full high-altitude gear with carabiners and a blue climbing rope, the rescuer kneels carefully into the puddles on the slippery concrete. One gloved hand reaches out slowly — and the cat, blinking through the rain, watches.

Then, gently, the rescuer wraps the trembling animal in a soft gray rescue blanket, lifting it securely away from the edge. Held close to the camera, the cat gradually calms as the rescuer turns toward the safer part of the rooftop, the rainy city skyline stretching out behind them.

From soaked and stranded to safe and held — all in fifteen seconds of raw, rain-soaked bodycam footage.
