Woman, 36, Dies After Being Found Unresponsive at Home as Police Appeal for Answers

A 36-year-old woman named Kelsey Smith has tragically died after being found unresponsive at a property in Watford, England. Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding her unexpected death and are appealing for information from anyone who may have seen her in the days beforehand.

Emergency services were called to a home on Ashby Road at around 1:40 a.m. on September 28, 2026, after concerns were raised about Kelsey’s welfare. She was taken to hospital by ambulance but sadly died a short time later.

Hertfordshire Police have confirmed that her death is not currently being treated as suspicious. However, detectives are working to establish the full circumstances leading up to the incident and are asking anyone with relevant information to come forward.
