Heart-Stopping Moment: Usha Vance Nearly Falls While Carrying Her Baby Son

A tense moment caught attention when Second Lady Usha Vance nearly lost her balance while walking down the stairs of a helicopter at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

At the time, Usha was carrying her youngest son, Alec Neel Vance, who is just 9 weeks old. She quickly grabbed the railing, regained her balance and checked on her baby before continuing.

Thankfully, both mother and baby were safe after the unsettling moment.
