Mom Influencer’s Ominous Final Posts Came Hours Before She and Her Family Were Found Dead
A social media influencer’s final posts have become a chilling focus of an investigation after she and four members of her family were found dead in a suspected murder-suicide in Mexico.

Cindy Tamez, 33, whose real name was Cinthia Abigail Tamez Rivera, was found dead alongside her 2-year-old son inside a Jeep in Montemorelos, Nuevo León, after authorities discovered her partner and two older sons dead at the family home.
Her partner, 28-year-old Leodegario Moya, and her sons Christian, 12, and Bruno, 11, were found inside the house. Authorities said Tamez later left the residence with her youngest son, Gustavo, before both were found dead in the vehicle.
The tragedy left five people dead.
Investigators are now examining Tamez’s final social media activity, which appeared online only hours before the deaths.
A disturbing warning to her followers
Tamez had built a following of roughly 70,000 people on TikTok, where she shared videos about her life and interests.
But one of her final posts had a dramatically darker tone.
In a video filmed from inside a moving vehicle, she wrote that not everyone knew her “nasty side.” The post also contained a disturbing statement about being willing to burn down her own home simply to see a neighbor’s house burn as well.
Other posts focused on revenge and retaliation against people she believed had wronged her.

The messages have since drawn intense attention as investigators attempt to determine whether they offer any clues about what happened inside the family home.
Authorities, however, have not publicly established that the posts directly caused or predicted the killings.
One gun linked to the deaths
The investigation has uncovered evidence connecting the two crime scenes.
A .38-caliber handgun was reportedly recovered from the Jeep where Tamez and her youngest son were found.
Javier Flores Saldívar, attorney general of Nuevo León, said forensic testing found that shell casings recovered from the vehicle were consistent with those associated with the deaths discovered at the family home.
That evidence has strengthened investigators’ preliminary theory that Tamez was responsible for the deaths before taking her own life.
The investigation, however, remains ongoing.
Investigators search for a motive
Authorities are also examining Tamez’s financial activities.
Reports say she was involved in lending money and buying and selling various items, including watches, vehicles, chains and cellphones.
Investigators are looking into whether any disputes connected to those activities could have played a role in the tragedy. So far, authorities have not publicly established a definitive motive.
They are also examining surveillance footage, ballistic evidence and other forensic material as they reconstruct the family’s final hours.
The case has left investigators facing a devastating question: what happened inside the home before Tamez drove away with her youngest child?
A family tragedy that began with a social media warning
For the thousands of people who followed Tamez online, her final posts now carry an unsettling significance.
What appeared to be angry words on a social media account only hours earlier have become part of a much larger investigation into the deaths of five members of one family.
Yet the posts alone cannot explain what happened.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances, possible motive and whether anyone else was involved. No additional suspect has been publicly identified, and the investigation remains open.
