Stolen Car Smashes Into South Carolina Home as Two Teenagers Flee — Dramatic Video Captures Crash
Two teenagers were arrested after a reportedly stolen car barreled through neighborhood yards and slammed into a South Carolina home before both occupants fled on foot, authorities said.

The crash happened on October 15 on Renwood Road in Simpsonville. According to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, deputies attempted to stop the vehicle at around 2:30 p.m., but the driver took off. Deputies said they did not pursue the car before it sped through nearby yards and crashed into the house.
Video released by authorities captured the vehicle smashing into the home, followed by deputies rushing toward the wreck and searching for the fleeing suspects. One teenager was quickly apprehended, while officers used K-9 teams and drone surveillance to help locate the driver.
The two suspects, ages 15 and 16, were eventually arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, according to authorities. No injuries were reported.
Fortunately, no one was inside the home when the car crashed through its front entrance. The vehicle also narrowly missed another car parked in the garage, but the collision left the property badly damaged.
Neighbors described hearing a loud crash and said they were relieved that nobody had been hurt. One resident urged the teenagers to think about the consequences of their actions and how easily others could have been injured.

What began as an attempted traffic stop ended with a home damaged and two teenagers facing criminal charges. Investigators have not reported any injuries connected to the incident.
