Barefoot Stranger in Joe Biden Mask and Charlie Kirk-Style Shirt Stuns Texas Homeowner With Bizarre Banana Stunt

Barefoot Stranger in Joe Biden Mask and Charlie Kirk-Style Shirt Stuns Texas Homeowner With Bizarre Banana Stunt

A bizarre late-night doorstep encounter in Texas has left a homeowner unsettled after an unidentified, barefoot visitor wearing a mask resembling former President Joe Biden appeared on a doorbell camera, stared directly into the lens and ate a banana through the mask.

The strange incident occurred around 8:05 p.m. on October 18 in Watauga, a suburb of Fort Worth. The visitor was also wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the word “FREEDOM,” resembling apparel associated with conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated in September 2025.

The unusual combination of political imagery and unsettling behavior prompted a police response — but investigators say the footage did not establish that a crime had occurred.

A Disturbing Encounter Caught on Camera

Doorbell camera footage shows the unidentified individual approaching the home while carrying a banana. The visitor then moves close to the camera and runs their fingers over it twice, creating an especially unnerving moment for anyone watching the recording.

The person proceeds to eat the banana through the opening in the Biden-style mask before casually walking away from the property.

The visitor’s behavior, particularly the close interaction with the security camera, has raised questions about what the person intended to communicate. However, authorities have not identified the individual or established a motive.

The “FREEDOM” shirt has also drawn attention because of its resemblance to clothing associated with Kirk. But the available footage does not establish whether the visitor intended to make a political statement or provoke a reaction.

Police Respond — But Find No Evidence of a Crime

The Watauga Police Department responded to a suspicious-activity report and reviewed the homeowner’s video. Officers also searched the surrounding neighborhood but were unable to locate the person.

Police said they found no evidence of a criminal offense based on the information available. The department acknowledged seeing social media posts describing similar sightings, although officials said no additional reports involving the individual had been made directly to police at the time of their statements.

The department responded to the unusual circumstances with a pointed reminder that strange behavior is not automatically illegal.

Although the visitor’s actions may have appeared disturbing, authorities emphasized that their assessment was based on the available evidence — and that the individual’s identity and intentions remain unknown.

Police Warn That Pranks Can Turn Dangerous

Despite finding no evidence of a crime, police cautioned that behavior intended as a joke or prank can have serious consequences.

An unexpected stranger approaching a home at night, wearing a political mask and touching a security camera, could easily be perceived as threatening by residents who have no way of knowing the visitor’s intentions.

Authorities warned that confrontations arising from perceived threats can escalate quickly and result in serious injuries. Residents were encouraged to report suspicious activity to police rather than confront an unfamiliar person themselves.

The warning highlights a broader concern surrounding doorbell-camera stunts and social media pranks: what one person considers harmless entertainment may frighten a homeowner or trigger an unpredictable response.

The Mystery Remains Unsolved

For now, the person behind the mask remains unidentified. Police have not publicly established why the visitor chose the costume, why they approached the home or whether the incident was intended as a prank.

The footage has attracted attention because of its bizarre imagery, but the central questions remain unanswered.

Investigators have not confirmed a criminal motive, and the presence of a political slogan or recognizable mask is not, by itself, proof of one.

As authorities continue to encourage residents to report concerning behavior, their message is clear: a prank may seem funny to the person carrying it out, but approaching strangers’ homes in a way that appears threatening can have consequences no one intended.
