DAYLIGHT HORROR: TWO CONVICTED OF MURDER AFTER FATAL KNIFE ATTACK IN BUSY UK TOWN

A shocking act of violence in broad daylight has ended with two people convicted of murder after 37-year-old Danny Fowler was fatally stabbed in the middle of a busy street in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, England.

The attack took place on March 12, 2026, and lasted less than four minutes. During a six-week trial at Lincoln Crown Court, jurors watched CCTV footage showing the confrontation escalating into deadly violence in full view of members of the public.

Ryan Townhill, 29, and Shannon Doocey, 31, were found guilty of murder. Martin Doocey, 55, was convicted of manslaughter. Shannon Doocey was also convicted of possessing an offensive weapon in connection with the killing.

The court heard that the confrontation began when Townhill’s vehicle approached Fowler’s car. The situation quickly escalated, and Shannon Doocey joined the altercation carrying what was believed to be a broken wine bottle. Fowler later fell to the ground and suffered multiple fatal injuries.

CCTV evidence showed the shocking extent of the violence, helping investigators piece together the events that led to Fowler’s death. Townhill and Shannon Doocey fled the scene, while Martin Doocey remained nearby and was later arrested.

The killing devastated Fowler’s family and left members of the local community shaken. Police said witnesses had to relive the disturbing incident during the investigation and court proceedings.

All three defendants are scheduled to be sentenced on November 17, 2026.
